Investors
Investors interested in purchasing up to 10 properties may qualify for 30 year Fannie Mae mortgages with a minimum 25% down payment, with interest rate to be determined. Those interested in more than 10 properties will be required to obtain mortgage financing through a pool of banks. A 40% down payment will be necessary with interest rate to be determined based on the creditworthiness of the investor.
