How Does GreenBid Work With Sellers?
GreenBid works with institutional owners of real estate, providing them access to the company’s proprietary network of end-users and investors within the United States, Europe and South America.
Prior to accepting any engagement with a seller, the company conducts an in-depth analysis of the optimal selling strategy for a single property or a portfolio of properties. Once the engagement begins, GreenBid will leverage its multiple marketing channels in order to either pre-sell the properties prior to auction or generate multiple bidders for the auction itself. International auction events will be held, both online and in master brokers’ offices, when deemed beneficial.
Following the auction, GreenBid will follow up on unsold properties, if any, by working with auction attendees who either did not bid or potential buyers who did not attend the event.
